EV Park & Plug sells EV charging equipment and offers related electrical services. Due to the nature of electrical components and installations, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on electrical parts once they have been installed. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and installation readiness before purchasing. Any modifications or unauthorized installations may void manufacturer warranties and our support services.

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged electrical equipment within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging. Customers must provide proof of purchase, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A restocking fee may apply. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item. Refunds are not available for installed electrical parts under any circumstances.

Installed electrical components are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless deemed defective under manufacturer warranty and installed by an EV Park & Plug-approved electrician. Warranty claims must adhere to the manufacturer’s terms and require proof of professional installation. Custom and special-order items, as well as software-related products, are final sale. Customers must contact our support team before initiating a return, and all return shipments must include tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
