Terms and conditions
1. Registration: Users may need to create an account with the network and/or mobile app, providing personal and vehicle information.
A Membership Access card is needed to operate the chargers and are availabe at various pickup locations during regular business hours.
2. Use of our EV charger network requires a paid subscription. The Access Membership Card is for one vehicle and is non-transferable. Chargers are available first-come, first-served; no reservations. Service may be unavailable during power outages or other disruptions beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such interruptions. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time. There are no full or partial refunds on unused subscriptions. Limit one subscription per vehicle. Subscription upgrades are not available at this time. Usage limits may apply.
3. Usage Limit Charging sessions are to a maximum of 2 hours to ensure equitable access for all users. Please do not occupy charging spots or leave vehicles unattended for more than 2 hours. Violators may be towed at owner's expense.
4. Safety and Compliance: Users must follow safety guidelines for operating electric vehicle charging equipment. The number of charger locations may change without notice. Please be aware of your surroundings when charging. Visit our website or app for the most up-to-date list.
5. Charger Compatibility: EV Sparq network chargers use the AC J1772 (US) standard. A charge adapter is required for GB/T (Chinese) or Tesla vehicles. EV Boost Fast DC Chargers use GB/T (Chinese) or CCS2 (EU) ports (Nissan Leaf EV's are not compatible with EV Boost Chargers). Please ensure you have the correct adapter before subscribing. Adapters are not available on-site. If unsure or need assistance, please send a Whatsapp message to (242) 802‑3141.
6. Liability: The company is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicle or personal items occurring while using the charger or parking.
7. Agreement: By subscribing to the network, users agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. Violation of terms and conditions may result in the suspension of membership.
