2. Use of our EV charger network requires a paid subscription. The Access Membership Card is for one vehicle and is non-transferable. Chargers are first-come, first-served; no reservations. Service may be unavailable during power outages or other disruptions beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such interruptions.
3. Usage Limit Charging sessions are to a maximum of 2 hours to ensure equitable access for all users. Please do not occupy charging spots or leave vehicles unattended for more than 2 hours. Violators may be towed at owner's expense.
4. Safety and Compliance: Users must follow safety guidelines for operating electric vehicle charging equipment. The number of charger locations may change without notice. Visit our website or app for the most up-to-date list.
5. Charger Compatibility: EV Sparq network chargers use the AC J1772 (US) standard. A charge adapter is required for GB/T (Chinese) or Tesla vehicles. EV Boost Fast Chargers use GB/T (Chinese) or CCS2 (EU) ports. Please ensure you have the correct adapter before subscribing. Adapters are not available on-site. If unsure or need assistance, please call us at (242) 802‑3141.
