Terms and conditions ​1. Registration: Users may need to create an account with the network, providing personal and vehicle information. ​2. Use of our EV charger network requires a paid subscription. The Access Membership Card is for one vehicle and is non-transferable. Chargers are first-come, first-served; no reservations. Service may be unavailable during power outages or other disruptions beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such interruptions. ​3. Usage Limit Charging sessions are to a maximum of 2 hours to ensure equitable access for all users. Please do not occupy charging spots or leave vehicles unattended for more than 2 hours. Violators may be towed at owner's expense. ​4. Safety and Compliance: Users must follow safety guidelines for operating electric vehicle charging equipment. The number of charger locations may change without notice. Visit our website or app for the most up-to-date list. 5. Charger Compatibility: EV Sparq network chargers use the AC J1772 (US) standard. A charge adapter is required for GB/T (Chinese) or Tesla vehicles. EV Boost Fast Chargers use GB/T (Chinese) or CCS2 (EU) ports. Please ensure you have the correct adapter before subscribing. Liability: The company is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicle or personal items occurring while using the charger or parking. ​ 7.
